CLASSES


OUTDOOR TEAM WORKOUT

Fitness Camp is a 60-minute program, which includes functional exercising and a cardiovascular training. A frequent participating in the Fitness Camp will ensure a constant improvement of your individual fitness level. Whether you are a bloody rookie or a premium athlete, I will guarantee you a continuous challenging workout, a lot of fun and meeting enthusiastic people.

ASHTANGA YOGA

90 minutes dynamic and physical intense yoga class (guided)

CORE & BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT

30 minutes ab and lower back exercises.

30 minutes advanced bodyweight exercises with bars or trx.

BEACH WORKOUT

60 minutes fun workout at the beach. Fun, but heavy ;)

BOOTCAMP & FOOTBALL

We will start with several challenging bootcamp exercises and once warmed up we will play a game of football.

FITNESS BOXING

We are doing real boxing combos mixed up with bodyweight exercises.

All fitness levels are welcome!
